According to Ester, wife of Antonio, at around 8:00 to 9:00 in the evening of January 7, 1990, a rebel returnee together with some military men wearing masks entered their house and forcibly took Antonio, who was resting at that time. They took Antonio to a waiting white car outside and sped off towards an unknown destination.  Ester immediately asked for help from their neighbors and followed the car. But they were not able to follow the car that disappeared in the dark of the night.   Late that night, Ester went to the police HQ. in Hagonoy to blot the incident. At a nearby place she saw the white car in front of the Municipal Hall of Hagonoy, Bulacan.   On January 16, 1990, Ester filed a case against the rebel returnee at RTC Branch 17 in Malolos, Bulacan, for charges of kidnapping. She had also talked with local officials and PC officers to help her locate Antonio. But Antonio remains disappeared up to now.
