Ilustrismo, Antonio, a fishport worker, a resident worker, a resident of South North Bay Blvd. South Harbor, Navotas, was last seen along Spine Road, North Bay Blvd.  On May 7, 1986, at around 3:00 am, according to the witnesses who related the incident to Antonio's mother (Mrs. Vinia Ilustrismo), Antonio was seen pushing his cart towards home after a day's work when an owner-type jeep with no plate number stopped near the victim. This jeep was loaded with four men in civilian clothes; 2 of them went near Antonio and forcibly pushed into a jeep.  At around 6:00 AM on the same day, the parents of Antonio learned of the incident and were sure that it was Antonio since he left his cart near Spine Road at North Bay Blvd.  On May 13, 1986, a certain "Inday" told Antonio's parents that he was seen handcuffed and detained in a slaughterhouse near Capulong St. at Priltil Tondo. Since the parents feared what might happen, they were not able to check the site where it was reported that someone saw their son.  The parents were able to file a complaint to the NBI.   According to his parents, Antonio is an active KADENA member and had no personal enemies to speak of.
