On June 9, 1987, around nine o'clock in the morning, Arcadio Ramirez was apprehended by five unidentified armed men in civilian clothes on Tindalo St., Tondo, Manila.

Arcadio Ramirez, an organizer in a community of KADENA, was abducted while playing "Chinese Checkers" outside their house.

He was forcibly dragged to a white Ford Fierra without a plate number that was parked on Araneta St., which is not that far from their house. He was harshly pushed inside the car.

One of the residents who witnessed the incidents recognized two of the armed men who abducted Arcadio. They were Domeng and Lito of the Western Police District Precinct 5.

Families and relatives of Arcadio immediately went to Precinct 5, but there was no Arcadio Ramirez detained there.

As of this writing, the whereabouts of Arcadio Ramirez were still unknown.
