Armando Borjal left his home on May 2, 1979, to meet Clemente Listana to discuss business at the Camalig fast food in Camalig, Albay. Around 2:00 in the afternoon, they were arrested by the Constabulary Security Unit under the command of Jovencio Sales.  Two witnesses were able to recognize some of the arresting constabulary soldiers as Randy and Picos. Listana and Borjal were forced to ride a green sakbayan vehicle and proceeded towards Legaspi City.  Their families and friends tried to look for them, but they could not be found.  They remain disappeared.
