The police officer stated that he was ordered by the Barangay Chairwoman of San Nicolas 2nd, Elena Mendoza, to inform her that her husband was abducted by unidentified armed men wearing bonnets and boarded a blue Adventure car in Sitio San Francisco Baluyut, Lubao, Pampanga.  According to the witnesses who saw the abduction, the victim, Bernardino Fabian, while on his way to his job, was suddenly bumped and blocked by a blue adventure car without a plate number, which prompted the victim to be thrown out violently from his Isuzu Shogun 125 cc motorcycle he was riding (with plate no. RD 5404).  Bernardino, who already slammed down on the pavement, said 2 armed men wearing bonnets alighted from their car, approached the victim, and violently beat the victim several times with their long firearms, severely wounding the victim. Outnumbered and helpless, the victim did not refuse to go along with the abductors since his hands were already seized close by two of the men while the other perpetrators continued beating their weapons into the victim's body.   The victim was later forced to go inside the waiting car and sped towards the general direction of Florida Blanca, leaving behind the victim's motorcycle in the area.  Earlier, prior to the incident, a blue adventure car was seen parked within the area for several days between the morning and the afternoon.  The co-workers and relatives of Bernardino, upon hearing the incident, immediately went and informed the municipal mayors of Florida Blanca and Lubao, Pampanga. The incident was also reported to the local police in Florida Blanca, and they received information that the victim is an alleged member of the RHB.  The following day the incidents were immediately reported by the relatives and friends of Fabian to CHR Region III, the local radio-TV (CLTV 36) station, and DEFEND Pampanga.     Until now, the whereabouts of Bernardino Fabian are unascertained up to this date.
