Medina, Heherson
Heherson was reportedly abducted by 30 armed men wearing camouflage uniforms in Sta. Teresa, Brgy. O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on September 18, 2006.
According to the witness, they have seen the truck that the abductors used when they took Sanchez and Medina to Sitio Cabatuan in Brgy. Bueno in Capas, Tarlac.
The witness's description of that truck and truck seen at the compound of the 71st Infantry Battalion in Hacienda Luisita in Tarlac City "almost matched."
Up to this writing the whereabouts of Heherson Medina and Nicolas Sanchez are still unknown.

Mendiola, Bernabe
Bernabe Mediola, at the time of the incident, was working along with his fellow miners, and according to his wife, she was told that her husband was handing out their company wages for the miners when they heard a burst of gunfire in a different direction, and an hour later, heavily armed men in full battle gear (believed to be members of the 56th Ib, PA) started rounding up other miners who were pointed out by an army agent as Ka Ado.
Bernabe Mendiola was tortured and manhandled by his captors along with 18 others who were blindfolded, had their hands tied behind their backs, were forced to lie face down, and were threatened with harm if they attempted to get up or saw their faces. They were later separated and forced to board the Metalore Mining Truck, which sped towards an unknown destination.

Mendoza, Nenita
Nenita Mendoza, 15 years old, is a resident of Gabon, Abucay, Bataan, and works as a domestic helper.
At around 9:00 am. While Nenita was in the house of her employer, three armed men arrived and told her to go with them because they were going someplace. Nenita went along with the armed men, not knowing where they were going. She did not return that night.
Her mother reported her disappearance to the municipal police the next day. Her mother believes the military abducted Nenita because they suspect that she acts as a courier for the New People's Army.
She remains disappeared to this day.

Mercado, Ramon
On February 15, 1988, at around 11 pm. The combined force of PC and PAF raided Carmencita, Floridablanca.
Reportedly, the military disguised themselves as "kasama" or NPAs and knocked at the house of Ramon Mercado.
When the younger brother of Ramon opened the door, the military asked him to accompany them to the house of the Brgy. Captain, Renato refused and instead gave them instructions on how to get into the house of the Brgy. Captain.
Ramon Mercado heard that his brother was being forced to go with them, went out, and talked to the military. Upon seeing him, the military immediately handcuffed him and forcibly took him with them; he never returned home.

Mercado, Nestor Sr.
On April 12, 1989, at around 1:00 in the afternoon, five armed men, introducing themselves as soldiers, invited six farmers for investigation in the alleged killing of a CAFGU organizer in Mexico, Pampanga.
They all boarded a light brown Hi-Ace van with plate number 555.
At around 3:00 in the afternoon on the same day, the relatives of the six persons went to the mayor to report the incident. They were accompanied by the police station commander to the 173rd PC Coy Hdq. Inside the camp, a captain said that he did not summon or invite for questioning anyone and got angry because some are using his name without his knowledge.
Their whereabouts are still unknown.

Manuel was Sherlyn Cadapan and Karen Empeño, when they were siezed before dawn on Monday (June 26, 2006) from a farming village outside Hagonoytownand were reportedly members of the communist New People's Army and were collecting money from fish pond owners in the area.

Mesina, Maximiano
Maximo Mesina Jr., a.k.a. Jun, single, a public relations officer of the Alyansa ng mga Magbubukid sa Gitnang Luzon (AMGL), and resident of Conception, Tarlac, was reported missing, together with Felix Demetui, since January 2, 1990. They were allegedly abducted by elements of the 181st PC Coy based in Camp Macabulos, Tarlac, Tarlac.

Nogoy, Josephine
JOSEPHINE NOGOY was in her sister-in-law's house in Purok Masagana, Iba Village, San Jose, at around 1:00am on March 27, 2007, when unidentified armed men onboard two separate vans had arrived. One of the vans is black in color while the other is dark brown or maroon. The vans did not bear any license plates with them. The perpetrators numbering around 15 were armed.
Upon seeing Nogoy inside, they then forcibly took her into a van waiting outside the house at gunpoint. The armed men sped away, taking Nogoy with them.
Up to this writing, the whereabouts of Josephine Nogoy are still unknown.

Orcino, Juan Jr.
On Feb. 9, around 7pm, Orcino and one other were in Encarnation Subdivision, Brgy. Sto Niño 1st, San Jose City, when they boarded a tricycle and asked to be brought to PNB in the town proper. As they were about to go, a man armed with a gun hailed the tricycle and asked to be brought to Caliwanagan for P20. As he did this two armed men appeared from a waiting stainless-steel owner-type jeep at the corner. The first suspect told the driver to get off and mistakenly handed to him a waist bag that the suspect snatched from one of the victims; they then drove off. The tricycle, followed by the armed men's jeep and another armed man on a black Isuzu motorcycle, drove off towards the direction of Sto. Niño 2nd, near the camp of the 71st Infantry Battalion of the Phil. Army.

Paguio, Gemeliana
Gemeliana Paguio, a 28-year-old single female working in a factory in Mariveles, Bataan, and residing in Nagbalayong, Morong, Bataan, was arrested by the military in Orion, Bataan, on June 25, 1981.
The victim together with Antonio Sta. Ana was arrested by the combined forces of the Military Intelligence Group (MIG), National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), and the Bataan PC Command. They were suspected of being members of the NPA.

Ben Pangan, 47, a tricycle driver, was abducted by four men believed to be military operatives near the cemetery at Brgy. Bartolome, Sta. Ana, Pampanga.
At around 11a.m. On February 1, 1985, Ben was riding on a tricycle on his way to buy poultry products when armed men in another vehicle sideswept them. When they were forced to stop, the armed men abducted Ben Pangan and shoved him into their vehicle.

A former NPA combatant who surrendered to the authorities in 1997 was reportedly snatched in their house at Barrio Site, Brgy. Palili, Samal, Bataan by members of the 24th IB of the Philippine Army.

Leonardo Parungao, along with Pepito Campus, both youth activists, was reported abducted at gunpoint at a checkpoint manned by four armed men wearing sleeve sweatshirts with printed police at Brgy. Luyos/Brgy. Buliran, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.

Quiambao, Fernando
Fernando Quiambao is a 23-year-old farmer from Sta. Cruz, Porac, Pampanga.
On December 4, 1985, while working in a sugarcane field, five armed men went to talk to him; after a few minutes, the armed men forcibly took Fernando with them. He was suspected of helping the New People's Army in their town.
He was never seen again.

Quiroz, Raul
On August 26, 1988, six unidentified armed men arrested Raul Quiroz and another labor leader along Henson St. in Angeles City.
At about 4:00 in the afternoon, the two labor leaders were seen being abducted at gunpoint by six men armed with armalite rifles and .45 caliber pistols along Henson St. in Angeles City. According to witnesses, the two were on board a passenger jeepney on their way to a meeting with striking workers of City Lunch and Los Amigos restaurants. The jeepney was blocked by two cars, from where six armed men alighted, poking their guns at the two whom they had singled out from the other passengers.

Ramos, Isabel
Isabel Ramos was arrested by the PC while visiting a friend on suspicion that she was a member of the New People's Army (NPA).
On September 15, 1981, she was detained in the PC Stockade.
On the 3rd day of her detention, she was visited by her sister and was allowed to talk to her for 15 minutes. On September 21, 1982, she was visited again by her relatives and mentioned to them the possibility of her being transferred to Camp Olivas.
On September 24, 1982, Isabel's sister visited her again in the stockade, but they were not able to talk to her or see her. Three days later (Sept. 27), she returned again but was told that Isabel and the other detainees had already been released on the 24th.
She was never seen again.

Robiños, Romulos
Romulos Robinños, aka Mulong, was abducted by armed men believed to be elements of the 69th IBPA on November 17, 2006, in their home in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Initially the armed men were looking for his sister; when they could not find her, they took Mulong instead. He was dragged to their vehicles despite the protest of his mother and his wife. The armed men told them that they would return Mulong if they brought his sister to them.
He was never seen again.

Rodriguez, Arnulfo
Arnulfo Rodriguez, 20 years old, single, a farmer living in Mabatang, Abucay, Bataan. Involved in an encounter on January 17, 1986, and killed by the military. On the morning of January 1, 1986, Arnulfo went to the field to fertilize his crops. Shortly after, a gunfight broke out between the military and the NPA. The incident was witnessed by Benedicto dela Rosa. Based on his statement, Arnulfo was one of those shot by the military from the NPA side because he was suspected of being an NPA member. His body was loaded into a vehicle with no plate number. The victim has not been seen since.

Sambajon, Antonio
On January 31, 1983, at 4:00 in the morning. Five armed men alighted from an owner-type jeep in front of an apartment in Brgy. San Isidro, San Fernando, Pampanga, to arrest 3 men. According to an eyewitness, one of the armed men was a policeman who immediately arrested the victims without a warrant, and they were brought to the 172nd PC Coy HQ.
The three victims were active members of the Nagkakaisang Manggagawa ng Cosmos-KMU. Relatives and friends suspect that the active involvement of the three in union activities and the successful workers' strike at the company were the motive behind the warrantless arrest and disappearance of the victims.

Two Aetas were reportedly abducted by 30 armed men wearing camouflage uniforms in Sta. Teresa, Brgy. O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on September 18, 2006, more or less around 5:00 am. The victims were identified as Heherson Medina and Nicolas Sanchez.
According to the witness, they have seen the truck that the abductors used when they took Sanchez and Medina to Sitio Cabatuan in Brgy. Bueno in Capas, Tarlac.
