Charita Razos, a resident of #70 Victoy, Tatalon, Quezon City, is a mother and a worker. Charita is a member of KPML—Kongreso ng Pagkakaisa ng Maralitang Taga-Lungsod.

On January 17, 1990, at or about 1:40 am, a red and a blue car with no plate number and a motorcycle whose plate number is covered by a cardboard stopped at the house of Charito Razos. Out came masked men armed with M-16 rifles; they banged at the door and asked for Gimo and Rolly.

Charita was stunned by the actions of the armed men and remained motionless; the armed men called on the women inside the house and asked for their names one by one. Then one of the armed men went to one of the cars and talked to someone, and when he returned, he grabbed Charita and forced her into the vehicle.

Family members began looking for her immediately after the abduction.

A neighbor of theirs named Bobby, said to be a former CIS (Criminal Investigation Service) officer, told them that Charito was in CIS Jail. They went to the CIS jail, but the CIS denied having her in their custody. They asked for the help of the Free Legal Assistance Group; they also broadcast her disappearance on a popular TV show, "Eye to Eye."

Charito Razos remains disappeared.
