Diosdado was a local ice cream maker; he had two salesmen vending his ice cream around Abucay, Bataan.  On June 22, 1988, one of his salesmen was unable to peddle his ice cream, thinking of the lost profit from the sale; he himself went out to sell his ice cream.  He did not return home that day. His wife, Magda, began searching for him; her searches were always negative. Diosdado remains missing.  A report from several people says that Diosdado was talking to two uniformed and armed soldiers before his disappearance.
