Eduardo Dizon, 30 years old and self-employed, was arrested without a warrant of arrest by the Philippine Constabulary (PC) on September 15, 1981, at Bo. Sto. Rosario, Sta. Ana, Pampanga. He was suspected of being a member of the New People's Army (NPA).  He was detained at the PC stockade in San Fernando, Pampanga, for interrogation and investigation without the assistance of a lawyer.  The PC claimed he was released on September 24, 1981, but he was not released to his parents, who have been visiting him, or any responsible person.  His father, who was frequently visiting him, was at the camp on the very day he was supposedly released.  He remains disappeared.
