At around 9:00 p.m. On June 25, 1987, military men from 1st GHQ arrested Mallari at their house and brought him to the Culis detachment on suspicion that he is a member of the NPA.  A relative followed him at the camp, but the military denied any knowledge about the incident.  Mallari remains missing up to this writing.
