Fernando Quiambao a farmer from Sta. Cruz, Porac, Pampanga.  On December 4, 1985, while working in a sugarcane field, five armed men went to talk to him; after a few minutes, the armed men forcibly took Fernando with them. He was suspected of helping the New People's Army in their town.  He was never seen again.
