Caloocan. 
On November 19, 2015, Jose Uy was seen sitting in front of the Zenco Footstep store in Monumento, Caloocan. A policeman approached him and talked to him when suddenly he was kicked by the said policeman and handcuffed; he was then dragged towards Victory Mall.  When his relatives were told by witnesses, they immediately tried to look for him at police stations in Baggong Barrio, Monumento, Sangangdaan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela; they even went to the regional PNP camp in Bicutan, Taguig. But the answers were all the same; they have not arrested Jose Uy.

No motive was given for his abduction.
