LOLITO QUILICOT, single, a worker and resident of Malabon, Rizal, was reported missing since January 31, 1983. The members of the Sindalan Police Force allegedly abducted him together with his co-workers Antonio Sambajon and Domingo Almuete.  Lolito was the vice president of the Nagkakaisang Manggagawa ng Cosmos, a trade union affiliated with the Kilusang Mayo Uno (KMU). He was an active union leader and said to be the one who spearheaded the successful strike at the Cosmos Bottling Company in San Fernando, Pampanga, in June 1982. Before that, Lolito had been issued a preventive suspension by the management, which his co-workers believed was an attempt to thwart the planned workers' strike.  Members of the Sindalan Police Force allegedly abducted Lolito together with Antonio and Domingo in an apartment located at Brgy. San Isidro, San Fernando, Pampanga, at the dawn of January 31, 1983. Before his disappearance, Lolito told one of his co-workers that a suspected military agent was tailing him. Some union members also recounted that a policeman was seen frequently going in and out of the plant office during the strike. They also saw some policemen talking with the management on the day after the disappearance of the three workers, but they had no knowledge yet of the incident, so they didn't give it much attention.

The management of the Cosmos Bottling Company denied having any knowledge about the three workers' disappearances.  They said the incident happened outside the company premises, and the victims were off duty at the time.

 Lolito's family, together with the families of Antonio and Domingo, assisted by some church people, went to the different precincts and military detention centers to locate the victims, but all their efforts yielded negative results. However, according to a witness, dead bodies corresponding to the descriptions of the three missing workers have been allegedly found at the 172nd PC Headquarters in San Fernando. This allegation was strongly denied by the military; that's why up to the present, the fate and whereabouts of the three missing workers are still unknown.
