GRANADOS, MAMERTO REYNALDO, 22 years old and a student of the University of the Philippines, has been missing since March 7, 1980.  Rey left their apartment at 35-D Malinis St., U.P. Village, Quezon City, at about 2:30pm and has not been heard from since then. His mother and brother have searched for him in hospitals and police precincts in Metro Manila but to no avail.  On March 12, 1980, Rey's mother and brother went to the office at the Commission on Administration of Detainees (CAD) at Camp Crame. They also sent letters to Deputy Minister Carmelo Barbero requesting assistance in locating Rey. No response has been given.  Relatives believed that Rey Granados is with the CSU Constabulary Security Unit in Camp Crame.  Rhaye, as he is popularly known, is a volunteer photographer for TFDP and a friend of Sister Mariani Dimaranan, according to his brothers.
