Nenita Mendoza, a resident of Gabon, Abucay, Bataan, works as a domestic helper.  At around 9:00 am. While Nenita was in the house of her employer, three armed men arrived and told her to go with them because they were going someplace. Nenita went along with the armed men, not knowing where they were going. She did not return that night.  Her mother reported her disappearance to the municipal police the next day. Her mother believes the military abducted Nenita because they suspect that she acts as a courier for the New People's Army.  She remains missing up to this day.
