San Sebastian, Hagonoy, Bulacan, on February 11, 1990.  According to the wife of one of the victims, a CAFGU element entered their house at about 3:00 o'clock early in the morning together with some fifty military men wearing camouflage and armed with high-powered guns. The group forcibly took her husband outside and brought him to a nearby chapel of Sta. Cruz, Bulacan. Witnesses heard him moaning in pain inside the chapel.  The other 2 were taken from their house by the military men. Both were dragged out of their residences. Santos was brought to Brgy.
