Pampanga
On February 18, 2005, three armed men wearing fatigue uniforms barged into the house of Roger Viray in Masantol, Pampanga. Roger Viray was a fisherman and at the same time an organizer.  The armed men started searching the place for cellphones and documents, finding nothing. The armed men took Roger outside. Sergio Viray, who was then outside cleaning their fishing boat, saw what was happening and tried to intervene. He was also taken by the armed men. 

They were never seen again.
