Virgilio Factoran, married, and a farmer, residing at Bilolo, Orion, Bataan, was abducted by armed men in fatigue uniforms.  On the night of November 24, 1984, armed men in fatigue uniforms went to the house of the Virgilio looking for him; they searched the house inside out without finding the victim, after which the armed men left the house and waited for the victim near their house.  He never returned from that night.  Virilio was last seen by witnesses talking to the armed men who were just in their house earlier and was being forcibly taken.  The family reported the incident to the police, and they searched for him.  He remains disappeared.
